Effect of Approach Possitive Deviance on Nutrition Status of Children Malnutrition in the Public Health Center Cimenyan District-Bandung
The aim this study was to analyze the effect of Positive Deviance Approach ( PD ) of under five year old children in work Area Health center cimenyan Bandung. Coasy eskperiment conducted in this study and the study design using nature Cohort study. Sampling was done by Purporsive Sampling obtained sample size 17 toddrer. The instrument used for identification using standard anthropometric nutritional toddler WHO 2005 converted into standardized values (Z - score). To determine the effect of PD on the nutritional status of children under five using T test (T - test) with a limit of significance (alpha value) of 5 percent. T test results showed p value of 0.000(p < 0.05)means that there is a significant difference before the nutritional status of chirdren after the positive deviance approach. With its different value of 1.482. The conclusion is there is a significant difference in nutritional status of children before to after the positive deviance approach. In other words, that the positive Deviance approach significant give effect to changes in the nutritional status of malnourished under five year old children.
